orders go out within 2–3 business days. once it ships, delivery usually takes another 5–10 days depending on where you are.
shipping is free on orders over $75. under that, it's calculated at checkout based on your cart and where it's headed.
we don't take change-of-mind returns, but if something arrives damaged we'll make it right. send us a photo within 14 days and we'll sort out a replacement.
email us a photo within 14 days. first we'll try to replace it. if we can't, you choose a refund or store credit — we just need the item sent back to us first.
bag charms and enamel stickers are final sale and can't be returned or replaced.
