Refund policy

we want you to love what you ordered. if something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we'll make it right.

returns
we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. items must be unused and in their original condition. final sale items are not eligible for return.

damaged or wrong items
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. we'll sort it out.

refunds
once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

shipping costs
original shipping costs are non-refundable. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

exchanges
we don't offer direct exchanges. if you'd like a different item, return your original order and place a new one.
